By downloading, installing, or using LeanFast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
LeanFast is an intermittent fasting tracker and wellness companion that provides fasting timers, meal logging, weight tracking, an optional AI coach, and research-informed health insights.
LeanFast is not medical advice. The App provides general wellness information only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult your physician before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, have an eating disorder, or are taking medication. The App's predictions, estimates, and health insights are research-informed approximations and should not be relied upon as medical guidance.
LeanFast requires a subscription, processed through Apple's App Store, to access the app after onboarding. A free trial may be offered on eligible plans; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Plans:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings; the price and renewal date are shown before you subscribe.
See our Privacy Policy. Most of your data is stored on your device; the optional AI Coach transmits limited data to our backend and to Anthropic to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write health data (weight, active energy) with your explicit permission. This data stays on your device and in your HealthKit store. We never access, collect, or transmit your HealthKit data.
VertexLab Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes from fasting practices.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
