Plainfact ("the App") is developed by VertexLab Solutions LLC. Plainfact is a personal record-keeping app for parents documenting custody matters. Our privacy design is simple: we hold nothing readable.
We collect nothing. Plainfact has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no tracking, and no advertising. Your entries, photos, and documents are stored on your device. We cannot read your journal — nobody at VertexLab Solutions can.
All app data is stored locally on your device in an on-device database. No entry content is sent to any server, and we do not have access to it.
Plainfact uses Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. We receive no name, email, or payment details.
Plain export of your complete record is free, forever — regardless of subscription status. Deleting the App deletes your data from your device. We retain nothing on servers.
Plainfact is intended for adults. Information about children is entered by the parent and remains on the parent's device. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because records live only on your device, we have nothing to produce in response to legal requests beyond this policy and anonymous subscription records held by Apple.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
