Bedtime Adventure Stories by VertexLab Solutions ยท Last updated July 30, 2026

Bedtime Adventure was built for families first: no accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind. This page explains exactly what information the app uses, where it goes, and how long it exists.

What we use to write a story

When you create a story, the app sends the child profile you entered โ€” first name (a nickname is fine), age in years, pronouns, and up to five interest tags you picked from our fixed list โ€” plus your chosen story length and language to our story service. That is the complete list. There is no free-text input about your child anywhere in the app.

Where it goes, and for how long

What never leaves your device

Sharing a story

If you choose "Share with family," the app creates a public link to that one story's audio. Anyone who has the link can listen; the story includes your child's first name in its title and narration. The link works for up to 90 days, and you can turn it off anytime from the same menu ("Stop sharing"). Nothing is ever shared without you explicitly creating a link, behind the adult check.

Anonymous usage counters

To understand whether the app works, we count daily totals of events like "a story was completed" or "the paywall was viewed." These counters contain no device identifiers, no timestamps beyond the day, and no content โ€” they cannot be connected to you or your child.

Subscriptions

Bedtime Pro is billed through your Apple account; Apple processes all payment details and we never see them. To confirm an active subscription our server verifies your purchase with Apple's servers using an anonymous transaction identifier. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings โ†’ Manage Subscription (two taps).

Children

The app is operated by a parent or guardian, who enters and controls all child information. We collect the minimum needed to personalize stories, use it only for that purpose, never sell it, never use it for advertising or profiling, and never create child accounts or public child profiles. Deleting a child's profile in the app removes their stories, audio, and recordings from the device.

Story safety

Every story is generated from hand-written templates under strict content rules and screened by an automated bedtime-safety filter. Parents can report any story with one tap; reports contain only the story's ID โ€” nothing about your child.
