How does the free story work?
Your first personalized story is free — no account, no sign-up. Bedtime Pro then makes fresh stories nightly: 2 a day for each child, up to 3 children on one plan. Stories you've already created replay free, forever.
My subscription isn't recognized
Open Settings (gear icon → adult check) → Restore Purchases. If it persists, force-quit and reopen the app, then try creating a story again. Still stuck? Email us — include the approximate purchase time; we'll sort it out.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage Subscription — two taps, no tricks. Cancelling keeps every story you've already made playable, and your child's profiles stay.
A story didn't feel right for bedtime
Tap the small flag in the player and tell us why. Reported stories stop playing immediately and a human reviews every report — problem templates are pulled the same day.
Where is my child's data?
There are no accounts. Profiles, stories, and your goodnight recordings live on your phone; only a first name, age, and picked interests are used (briefly) to write each story. Full details in the privacy policy.
Do stories work offline?
Yes — any story whose audio is downloaded plays offline. Use "Download stories for offline" before a trip; creating new stories needs a connection.
