Your daily log.
Your protection.

When the GC disputes your hours, back-charges your crew, or "never got" your work — the sub without records loses. CrewDay turns 60 seconds at the end of your day into a branded, timestamped daily report you keep.

Everyone on the list gets our free printable daily-log PDF template — today, before the app ships.

Faster than paper. Stronger than paper.

Every app you've tried was built for the GC's office. CrewDay is built for the guy loading the trailer at 5pm.

🎙️

Say it, don't type it

Talk through what happened — crew, work done, delays, deliveries. CrewDay turns it into a structured report. Done in 60 seconds, gloves on.

🌦️

Weather logged automatically

Date, time, location and site weather auto-filled on every log. Rain-day delays get proven, not argued about.

📄

A PDF with your name on it

Your logo, crew count, hours, materials, delays and photos in a clean GC-ready report. Send it in one tap and look like the pro you are.

🔒

No signal needed. No log lost.

Fully offline-first: logs and photos live on your phone with timestamps that can't be backdated. Your records survive even if the GC's system "loses" them.

The sub who lost in court

A subcontractor turned in his daily reports, finished the job, and didn't get paid. When he sued, the GC counter-sued — claiming he never submitted the reports at all. He had kept no copies. He had no proof. He lost.

Construction attorneys say the same thing over and over: "If you didn't document it, it didn't happen." Your daily log is the evidence — but only if it's yours, on your phone, with timestamps nobody can question.

How it works

One screen. End of day. Done before the truck warms up.

Open on today's log

Weather's already filled in. Yesterday's crew carried over. Photos pull straight from your camera roll.

Talk through your day

Hit the mic and say what happened. Work performed, hours, materials, hold-ups — CrewDay structures it for you.

Send the PDF, keep the proof

One tap sends a branded report to the GC. Your timestamped copy stays in your log history — forever.

Built for the sub, not the GC's office

The big platforms charge per seat and sell to the general contractor. You're the one who needs the record.

Frequently asked

My GC already makes me use their system. Why would I need this?

That's exactly why. Reports you submit into the GC's platform live in the GC's account — remember the sub who couldn't prove he'd ever submitted them. CrewDay works alongside whatever the GC mandates: you send the same PDF, and your own timestamped copy stays with you.

I already take photos of everything. Isn't that enough?

Photos prove what things looked like — they don't record manpower, hours, deliveries, or why the schedule slipped. A photo of a flooded slab doesn't say who was on site, what got done anyway, and how many hours were lost. The report does. CrewDay attaches your photos to it automatically.

What will it cost?

One flat price for your whole crew — planned at $9.99/month or $79.99/year, with a free tier so you can try it on a real job first. No per-user seats, no per-report fees.

Is it iOS only?

iPhone first — that's where we can make it fastest and most reliable, fully offline. Android is planned next.
