• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software.
• You will not use our services to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

5. Payment Terms

For SaaS subscriptions and paid products:

• Prices are listed on the respective product pages and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks on our websites and products are the property of VertexLab Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
