A parent or guardian should write to us, please — not your child. We read everything and usually reply within 48 hours. Telling us your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version helps us fix things faster.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel in iOS Settings, not in Drawtopia:
Cancelling stops future charges. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing is deleted. Your child's drawings, stickers and progress stay on the device, and Animal Land keeps working for free.
Cancel any time before the 7-day trial ends and you won't be charged. When you start a trial, Drawtopia can also remind you before it ends (the reminder switch is on the subscribe screen). That reminder is a notification scheduled on your device.
Open Parent Corner (the grown-up button on the home screen, behind a quick parent check) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. If Pro still doesn't unlock, email us with the Apple Account email you used.
You keep everything, forever, with no subscription needed. If a device ever shows the paywall anyway, tap Restore Purchases in Parent Corner. If that doesn't fix it, email us.
Yes. Drawtopia Pro supports Family Sharing, so everyone in your Apple family group gets Pro on their own devices at no extra cost. Kids in the family who try to subscribe themselves are covered by Apple's Ask to Buy: the purchase waits for a parent to approve it.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app didn't work as described, please tell us too so we can fix it.
Drawtopia works without an account and without paying. For the first week after install, everything is unlocked. After that, these stay free for good:
Pro unlocks all 21 lands, including ABC, Arabic and Bengali letter tracing, plus every studio.
| Plan | Price | Trial |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $2.99/month | 7 days free |
| Yearly | $19.99/year | 7 days free |
These are US App Store prices and may differ in your region. The app always shows your local price before you buy. Free trials are for new subscribers.
Nothing your child makes leaves the device.
There's no account, no sign-in and no ads. Drawings, profiles and progress are stored on your iPhone or iPad only — we can't see them, and nobody else can either. From version 1.7 the app sends us anonymous daily counts (like how many lessons were finished) and any feedback your family chooses to send, and nothing else.
This also means we can't recover drawings if the app is deleted or a device is lost. To keep a favorite, open it in the gallery and use Share → Save Image to put a copy in your photo library.

That's the parent check. It keeps little fingers out of purchases, settings and links that leave the app. Answer it for your child to open Parent Corner or the subscribe screen.
In Parent Corner, set a Daily play limit. When time is up, Doodli gently wraps up the day.
In Parent Corner, turn off Sound effects or Background music. You can turn either one off without the other.
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → Drawtopia, then check that Daily Doodle reminder is on in Parent Corner.
Yes. Each child gets their own artist profile, with separate drawings, stickers and progress. Switch between them from the profile picker.
Drawtopia follows your device's language. It speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese. To give Drawtopia its own language, open iOS Settings → Apps → Drawtopia → Language.
