NerveCalm ("the App") is a nervous system wellness tool developed by Vertex Lab Solutions. Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how we handle your information.
Data stored locally on your device only:
All personal wellness data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any external server.
The App may request camera access solely for the heart rate biofeedback feature. Camera data is processed locally in real-time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
If you enable reminders, the App uses local notifications scheduled on your device. No push notification server is involved.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.
NerveCalm does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your behavior or share data with advertisers.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third party. The Therapist Export feature generates a PDF report locally that you choose to share at your discretion.
All data is stored on your device. Deleting the App removes all associated data. There is no server-side data to delete.
NerveCalm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
